LTA is incorporated as a non-profit organization with an executive
board of members that contain a President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

The role of the executive board is to decide the direction of the
LTA, help plan events, formulate official opinions on current
issues, and to handle management of the association. Participation
within the association as a member is most certainly possible
and is encouraged. Our goal is to work together on issues rather
than just act as a governing body.
